If your bag is damaged on a flight you should contact the Lufthansa baggage office at the arrival airport.

If your bags are missing fill in an online baggage claim form. You can also use that link to follow up on a previously submitted missing bag report.

For items left on the plane, contact Lufthansa ground staff or the airline’s ground handling agent at the arrival airport.
