Lost in the Airport

For items lost or found in the terminal there are three Lost Property desks at Schiphol, two airside (after the security check), and one landside on the basement level below Arrivals. The Lost and Found service can be contacted on +31 20 333 0333.

• Lounge 1 airside.
• Holland Boulevard, which is located airside between the E and F gates.
• Kelderplein: on the Arrivals basement level. Access between Arrivals 1 and 2.

The airside desks are open 6:00 - 20:00 daily, and the basement landside desk is open 8:00 - 20:00 daily.

There is also an online service to search for or report lost items at Schiphol.
