There is a Travelex Currency Exchange booth on the upper level (Departures) of the terminal.

There are also multi-currency ATMs in the terminal that dispense Australian and US dollars, and European euros.

There are two Lotte Duty Free outlets at Wellington Airport, one in International Departures, the second in International Arrivals.

There are Airport Information desks on both Departures and Arrivals levels of the terminal.
